SM Entertainment has revealed that the fourth “SMTOWN LIVE” world tour will begin in Seoul, South Korea on August 15th at the Seoul World Cup Stadium. Tickets will be available through Gmarket. The concert tour is expected to hit major cities around the world, with performances from Girls’ Generation, BoA, TVXQ, SHINee, f(x), EXO, and others.
The third SMTOWN tour ended in August of last year with an encore performance in Tokyo. The concert tour also reached Anaheim in the United States, Hsinchu in Taiwan, Seoul, Jakarta, Singapore, Bangkok, and Beijing.

all i’m interested in is to know if SNSD will ever have a SOLO GG TOUR in the US, that’s all i’m concern and hoping for. goodness SM plans do change constantly every year. 1 minute you hear/read 1 thing and the next things change and others get pushed back/delay/cancel until following year. i guess we won’t be getting another Soshi Korean comeback later in the year then. sigh oh well, as long as our girls are still getting gigs as group.

Probably when they had their last concert for the world tour wasn’t the end their world tour. They just took a break from it to start their 3rd japan tour and after that they are going to resume the world tour to the states and European countries. Or not it wouldn’t be called a world tour right?

At the last concert Girls’ Generation did of their world tour in Macau Taeyeon said they would have another world tour to promote Mr Mr after the end of the 3rd Japan Tour. I find it hard to believe that their wouldn’t be enough demand for them to come to America and with them headlining Kcon in LA and this SM Town world tour no doubt coming to America I find it hard to believe that Girls’ Generation’s world tour wouldn’t come to America around the same time period. I think the only thing that could delay them after the 3rd Japan tour is forth coming TTS album which may only hold them back for about a month.

I think they are so busy and have so many things on their plate that a lot of stuff gets pushed back. I’m still optimistic GG will one day have a US concert. But hope they don’t wait too long cuz the hype will die down.
I won’t hold my breath for this “World Tour” to come to America. I’m guessing it will mostly be Asia as usual. lol Especially since a lot of money was spent on Madison Square Garden to get a slot to perform. The ride to California is just too expensive from the East coast.
“World Tour”??? or is just an Asia Tour? Because last time SNSD’s World Tour was only in asian countries. I just wish they come to Mexico. Pleaseeeeeeeeee.
SMTOWN and GG is an ongoing tour tho. They don’t have to tour the globe in the same year. They will hit places where they can fit it into their schedules.
