Sooyoung recently arrived at the red carpet for the opening ceremony of the “Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival” along with her fellow MC, Shin Hyunjoon. Sooyoung arrived at the event in a stunning blue dress that showed off both her sleek legs and alluring beauty.

Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung and actor Shin Hyunjoon are scheduled to host the 17th “Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival” (“PiFan” for short) opening ceremony today, July 18th, at 6:00 PM KST. The two were chosen as a result of being MCs on weekly entertainment news shows, such as SBS’s “Midnight TV Entertainment” and KBS 2TV’s “Entertainment Weekly”. A source from “PiFan” revealed, “For this opening ceremony’s hosts, we chose people who could lead an opening ceremony program well. Shin Hyunjoon and Sooyoung are national, representative, and the main MCs for celebrity news programs, so we think it will be an opening ceremony that shines more than others.”
The annual universal event is set to take place in the city of Bucheon, in Gyeonggi Province and will last from July 18th to July 28th. This year, 219 films from 40 countries have been chosen, and a great majority of them are world premieres. “The Congress” by Ari Folman has been selected to be the opening film for the festival, and “THE TERROR LIVE”, featuring actor Ha Jung-woo, is set to be the closing film.

Our Sooyoung what chosen among other fellow MCs to host a film festival’s opening ceremony. Me ? I’m just in spazzing mode because she is recognized for her hosting skills and when you know that the girl just got praised by critics for her acting skills with an A+ and that she is one of the queen of variety, you can’t help but say she is too talented to be true.
And her co-host witll be Shin Hyung Joon !!!!! Don’t you remember in the SNSD episode of Enjoy Today, Shin Hyun Joon was the one always with her, giving her advices and scolding her when she did badly ? They seemed really close so I’m really glad that she got to work with him :D
She is amazingly gorgeous in that dress but damn, how slim she is. I have never thought she was that slim but heck, she hates hearing it so I’m just gonna say, Sooyoung and Shin Hyun Joo fightiiiing :D I hope that the opening ceremony was a success <3
