another goodies to collect. yay~!
but don’t you think it’s kinda costly? :) reason reasons for someone whos broke, like me~!
i’m saving for their upcoming korean album. :) waiting for my japanese. sooooon.
Oh December 18th. 5 days left :D I really like theme of wall calendar. It make me remember All my love is for you mv :X
Waiting December 18th :X
i usually found yesasia cheaper than other sites but it was always more expensive for SNSD’s merchandise :( well i better order now!
yesasia는 왜 이렇게 바싸??? 다른것들은 다 싼대 소녀시대꺼만 바싸 ㅠㅠ
I have ordered my Girls’ Generation Tour 2011 with a tubed poster in GMarket. I must say, the price may look cheap but it’s the shipping and customs charges that will get you. The DVD arrived quicker than buying from YesAsia but totally costed me more than it should (learned my lesson from it). BE AWARE OF CUSTOMS IF YOU ARE LIVING IN THE UK. ParcelForce also gets your order and adds an additional charge of 13.50 to have it delivered to your home..
Anyway, I am willing to buy all three of these items! On the 2012 Calendar Goods, I didn’t buy any of the calendars (which was a shame since it would have been nice) but only bought the diary which I use quite often. The pictures this year are super glamorous so definitely buying it. I am just hoping the diary is as thick and good as the 2012 one and not like the SHINee 2012 diary with black and white pics and the diary being small and all or else I will be hunting SM. >:|
As for fangoods, it’s tempting to buy them as they’re rare and the quality of some of them are really worth their prices. The downside of it being only available for a short amount of time makes it hard to decide what goods to buy… Being a jobless SONE, I must try and budget my money in accordance to the priority of Soshi items. I particularly like photobooks so I am going to try and get the past photobooks SNSD has released for Christmas ^_^
when i have money i’ll be sure to pick these 3 items up and they’ll be my first calenders that i’d ever own of SNSD. now that i have a job i’ll be able to squeeze more goodies in my Soshi collections than just posters, CDs and DVDs only. Gmarket i’ve heard about but never check that site, maybe i will this time. DVDheaven i only purchase 1 time on there, price quotes are reasonable, it’s the shipping that’s a killer even though their packaging is very neat. Yesasia was the site that i 1st bought Soshi stuffs and was using them often until i try kpoptown site and saw that kpoptown price quotes and shipping cost are cheaper. anyway as long as all these sites will help Soshi on Korean charts and support them financially then by all means go support if you can. :)
this is where i am glad i had drawn
a clear line in the sand many moons
ago…i will only purchase official sm
goods…no fan goods…but not only
that…i only purchase the snsd-exclusive
music and video products…so i’ve
really narrowed down my focus of
goods in order to stay “not broke”…
so i will not be tempted by the
gorgeous pics of the girls here…so
hard…but even with all my safeguards…
i am still broke :-(
i think if priority has to be placed on SNSD’s official SM goods, i think things like album releases should take priority over DVDs and over photo books, calendars over books/pillow cases, posters..etc..
Because as a singer, album sales are the one thing that measure their success as an artist.
I also need to consider which 1 to buy for calendar, normally i get wall and desk, but maybe its time to pick only 1 of the 2… economy not doing so well in 2013 i think..
I don’t know about Gmarket but DVDheaven is totally reliable, I’ve bought all my SNSD stuff there and it came without problem. And yeah, you can save up until 10$ including shipping fees. I’m ordering mine from DVDheaven (:
Does anyone know why YesAsia is selling the stuffs at almost double the price than the other two do? I always order from YesAsia, this is my first time I have heard of DVDHeaven and Gmarket.
Do you know if DVDheaven and Gmarket is reliable
Gmarket is reliable, never heard of DVDHeaven though.
YesAsia offers free shipping over orders of $40, so their item prices are raised a bit to cover the “free” shipping xD It can actually save you money in large items but for smaller items it can appear to be more expensive. For non-US buyers YA does offer an excellent price as international shipping can be really expensive for us. That’s just my experience, if your country has a group bulk buy going join that to save some money! :3
I have being using Dvdheaven for over 1 year now, ordered 6 times from them so far, all items arrived promptly and well protected with lots of bubble wrap ard the items in a box.. and the poster is in a rolled tube, not folded.
Have also ordered from sources like kpoptown.com ..etc with no problems too, have avoided yesasia for a long time now.. its just too costly.
for japanese albums, i think hmv japan for its low shipping cost, but i like cdjapan’s packaging and its poster is in a tube compared to hmv japan which is folded. but cdjapan’s shipping cost is higher than HMV japan, so if you dont mind the poster folded, you save more on hmv japan than cdjapan.
Thank you for all the tips.
OMG! Put these in my wishlist! ^^
Lol DVDheaven website looks sketchy
