Girls’ Generation has just released Yoona’s comeback video message for “I Got A Boy”, Girls’ Generation’s fourth album. A shortened version of the clip was posted on Naver’s tvcast website, and a full-length version was sent to users on Naver’s LINE phone and desktop application.
In her message, Yoona says, “I think we’re showing a new side of us through this new concept, so I’m a bit nervous, and I worried about how you all may look at it.” However, she continued, “I hope you all look at it in a positive light, and I hope you all continue to love ‘I Got A Boy’.”
Taeyeon, Sunny, Tiffany, Yuri, and Seohyun have already revealed their video messages for Girls’ Generation’s comeback, and Hyoyeon’s video message will be released tomorrow.
SM Entertainment has also revealed details on the lyrics and production of the “I Got A Boy” track. “I Got A Boy” was produced by Dsign Music, the same composer team which produced “Genie”, as well as Korean composer Yoo Youngjin. The theme of the song’s lyrics is “girl talk”.

fans they will either become indifferent
to the concept if they truly didn’t like it
that much…or they will love it and put
their full support behind it…they would

the theme is girl talk, huh ?? so i’m guessing that the song will be about how each one of the girls talk about her “boy” before they realize it’s the same guy .. and then kick his butt :P

You know what, if there’s anything I’m very proud of. It is YOONA.
I want to be like her. Many criticize her but she still act tough in the public for the sake of her fans. I know there will be times she break down, thanks for her family, members a.k.a sisters, friends and fans who give her strength.
But despite from everything, I can’t help but worry. If ever some may won’t like their new looks and concept the first thing their going to bash is her. That’s how hard her role is. That’s why even her sisters were so proud of her and always there to take good care of her.
She’s very caring, she even think and worry of what will SONE react to it. She thought of us first. She didn’t even complain that next year maybe tiring and stressful. As long as SONE there, SOSHI will always stand.
Now it only give me reason why I should love SNSD more than any artist.

I think we should all take a lesson from Yoona’s wise words. I don’t like when people who supposedly call themselves fans insult new releases (I am not necessarily talking about SONE). I am always going to support the idols I love and if there is ever something I don’t like, I keep quiet, because saying anything wont change it just hurt feelings.
Anyways, Yoo Youngjin is fantastic. He produced Mr. Simple by Super Junior ^o^! I Got a Boy will be awesome!
He also produced the song Beautiful Girls from Soshi’s ITNW Concert :)
Agree with you! It’s nearly impossible to like absolutely everything from a group, artist, movie or anything else. There’s always something we don’t really like. It doesn’t mean we have to betray them and say harsh words. There’s difference between more or less professional criticism and saying “***** is bad/cr4p”, “HATE THIS” etc.
