On November 25th, Girls’ Generation performed at “SMTOWN Live World Tour III” in Bangkok, Thailand alongside their fellow SM Entertainment artists at SCG stadium. The concert took place two days after “SMTOWN Live World Tour III” in Singapore, marking the final stop for the “SMTOWN Live World Tour III” in 2012.
Sooyoung represented Girls’ Generation at the press conference before the concert. Dressed in one of her outfits for “The Boys”, Sooyoung answered questions along with the other SM Entertainment representatives.
The setlist for “SMTOWN Live World Tour III” in Bangkok matched closely to Singapore’s, with Jessica and Krystal’s duet cover of “California Gurls” marking the first performance by a Girls’ Generation member. Taeyeon also performed “Devil’s Cry”, another fan favorite.
After performing “Run Devil Run”, Girls’ Generation members introduced themselves to the stadium. The girls spoke a little Thai for the fans, with the crowd responding with explosive cheers to each member. Tiffany was especially happy seeing so many SONEs and pink lights, thanking fans for coming to the concert and providing Girls’ Generation with such a warm welcome. Some of the members brought small sticky notes on stage to help them remember a few special phrases to say to the fans. SONEs enthusiastically cheered the girls on, showing their appreciation for their effort.
The performances that followed included “Tell Me Your Wish”, “Twinkle”, “DJ Got Us Fallin’ In Love”, the special dance battle stage, “MR. TAXI”, “Gee”, “Kissing You”, and “The Boys”. Though there was some rain throughout the concert, both artists and fans alike enjoyed the concert, creating another special memory for all in attendance.

for MAMA awards, they only let the ppl who win attend.. Since TTS is not confirmed to be attending MAMA 2012, I can Safely tell you that SISTAR has won the Best Female Group award already since SISTAR is attending…
Which also means Taeyeon didnt win the OST award..(regardless of how much votes she has gotten).
Super Jr and Big Bang is going so i guess the Daesang is going to them.. Ailee is going so I think she won the Rookie Award, even though Junel has a higher vote count than Ailee now..
its easy to know who wins MAMA.. just see the list of ppl who attends and who didnt.. EVERYONE who attended ..won something.. everyone who didnt.. well ..didnt win.. (regardless of vote results).

Does anyone else think Taeyeon is going to hurt her voice with Devil’s Cry? It just seems like a song that’ll break one’s voice in a not so good way. She is amazing tho! <3
I might be wrong, but there could be 2 possible reason, one is the “screaming” part was pre-reocrded, which means its not so taxing on her, or it could be only lasting a while and since she doesnt perform it very often.. (not like weekly) its fine, as long as she rest her voice after that..
nah they have coaches that help them learn how not to strain their vocals, and Taeyeon is getting stronger and stronger each day ;)
Well the girls did look a little livelier in Bangkok than they did in either Singapore or LA. And, in 2 days they will be in Hanoi, at least 8 of them will be, cuz Jessica’s opening Legally Blonde on the 28th. Then it will be off to Japan to promote the new album. Is it any wonder there was no new Korean album this year. Let alone the oft-rumored English album. After 5 year, you’d think SM would let them have a break, before they kill the golden goose!

The girls are so busy traveling from one place to another to do these concerts. :) No matter how tired they get, they always want to please the fans. <3 I hope they rest up because I can't wait for their Korean comeback next year.

cannot dampen the spirits of their fans
or the enthusiasm of their performances…

I’m glad that the girls had fun during the final SMTOWN concert of the year before the holidays. Now that the concert is done, the girls will be preparing for their new Japanese album coming out this Wednesday. And it’s unclear whether there’s going to be a Japanese television performance or they will just take a holiday vacation to recharge after being so busy in Japan. We shall just wait and see. And on another note, i’m looking forward to the girls’ Korean comeback in January as well as their big American debut. I will continue cheering the girls on until the day I die

I was feeling rather upset on why snsd was so quiet and not very active for their introduction during smtown in sg 2 days ago , and looking at them having SO MUCH fun, interacting with sones a lot and speaking a lot more at smtown in Bank kok makes me feel even sadder. I wonder why on friday they didnt seem to have much to say :X But nevertheless, its good that they enjoyed speaking Thai (: And im happy that Thai Sones made Snsd feel loved (:
