The “2012 Mnet Asian Music Awards” has recently opened up their online voting page in order to gather votes from local and overseas fans alike. Girls’ Generation – TTS has been nominated in three categories: “Best Global Female Group”, “Best Female Group”, and “Artist of the Year”. Taeyeon’s “Missing You Like Crazy” has also been nominated for “Best OST”.
Girls’ Generation has been crowned with numerous grand awards from the same ceremonies over the past years. Some notable awards are “Best Female Dance Group” (2010), “Best Female Group” (2011), and “Artist of the Year” (2011) .
Fans are allowed to vote once per day with a registered account on all twenty categories. Online voting contributes 10-40% to the overall results.
Head over to the voting page to cast your vote for Girls’ Generation on categories “(5) Best Female Group”, “(7) Best Female Global Group”, “(10) Best OST”, and “(20) Artist of the Year”. Voting ends on November 22nd, and the awards ceremony will take place on November 30th in Hong Kong.

The lowest vote is artist of the year. I assume that at least these votes came from SONE because I believe every SONE will also vote for the other categories that are related to SNSD or maybe there are fans who adore some members of SNSD only.
If the total votes right now represent our max ability, we will not win any awards before. So for other SONEs who have not participated, we need more vote seriously. Hoho..

I’m curious why the whole group isn’t in it this year. Is it since they haven’t had a new Korean single for a while? I suppose that could be it. Still kinda seems like The Boys came out this year, not last year. Haha. Go TTS!!! Fighting!

Well, i’m trying my best to vote for the girls now. I hope they get all the 3 awards that they’re nominating. Currently, they’re the first on the best female group only. Best global group and Artist of the year seem so hard for the girls to get into the first place :(
