Arirang TV’s “Pops in Seoul” recently conducted a survey on which female idol stars would look great dressed as a man. Sunny took second place out of the ten spots. Jessica and f(x)’s Krystal Nicknamed as “Polar Opposite Sisters” on “Weekly Idol”
Jessica and her sister, f(x)’s Krystal, were recently featured on MBC’s “Weekly Idol” and were nicknamed as “polar opposite sisters”. The video states that it is hard to tell who the older sibling is; everything that Jessica does is cute while Krystal’s actions are chic. As examples, several clips are displayed throughout the video in a joking manner to compare the two sisters.

Taeyeon Praised by Mentor The One
In an interview on YTN’s “News 12-Issues and People”, singer The One talked about the various idols he taught, which amounted to around 400 people, including Taeyeon, TVXQ!, Super Junior, and Sugar. He praised Taeyeon, saying that, “Taeyeon, who I taught for two or three years during her junior high school days, had a totally different look in her eyes. She had a clear vision of her goals, and she made a straight path towards that goal.”

YESASIA recently revealed its bestsellers for the first half of 2012. Girls’ Generation – TTS’s “Twinkle” came in third for bestselling K-Pop album, and “The Boys” placed fifth. “PAPARAZZI” is the number one bestselling J-Pop album.

In an online article, British newspaper “The Guardian” commented on the massive international success PSY has achieved with “Gangnam Style” and what this might mean for other K-Pop artists. too much info as always but very fantastic as usual. i just love it when all this goody news of the week comes together in one wrap. so many people would love to work with Soshi, i’m wondering when would that opportunity come. i want to see the girls working with other entertainers outside of SM especially in the music industry. anyway SNSD time will come when they finally set solid foot on U.S. soil and spend time doing their English album. i can’t wait but i have to be patient and wait a little longer so everything can be perfect. SNSD is going to be Internationally known by everyone around the world, not just to kpop fans. People who aren’t a fan is going to know who SNSD are anyways, because they’re going to be in the celebrity news constantly. they’re going to be appearing everywhere to promote their album and most of all making appearances on America’s biggest award shows. Sooyoung’s ambition/dream will come true. anyway Sone video of the week is freaking AMAZING. if i could draw like that i’d have Soshi drawings all over my room. i’d probably draw on the wall and pastel paint or use real house paint and make it my poster. :D
I know that Girls’ Generation has a pretty good chance of breaking into music markets that are outside of Asia, including the American music market. Of course I already know that the girls are signed to a pretty good American recording label in which it’s one of the best American recording labels out there. And that is Interscope Records. I know for sure that they will top the charts immediately with the help of their American fans going out and buying their American debut album. And I know that Girls’ Generation also has more exciting things in store, including their Japanese tour and of course their American debut album, both happening next year. I am looking forward to their Japanese and American activities. And i’m also looking forward to their Korean comeback because i’m still waiting patiently for news about the Korean comeback
I admit I never heard of flumpool before reading this and had to check them out. Now I’m glad I did, they have such relaxing songs. I would love to hear them do a collab with SNSD as well.
It’s nice the girls were mention in foreign news despite it being about PSY, their fame is steadily growing.

great stuff yet again guys! two things i want to
mention…first, being a sunny lover, i see nothing
offensive in sunny being voted the member to
look best as a guy…she possesses a beauty that
transcends the sexes…and she has the integrity
to get down and dirty when she has to…she is
well rounded in all tasks, which require skill from
guys and girls alike…this is a nice compliment of
my sunny!!! secondly…all of these international
articles mentioning psy’s success and then dropping
in snsd are actually much more impressive for the
girls than most people will think…psy has a very catchy
song that has caught the world in a whirlwind…but
the girls…they are not doing anything special…all
the international community had to do was take a
quick look at korean music and BAM! there are the
girls! we should thankful to psy for getting his foot
in the door fort korean music…snsd’s was already there,
but his was a bit bigger, so it helped out haha…but
now people see this group of girls and see that there
is potential there…and i don’t want to sound mean, but
the girls’ international success may have a little more
substance to it when they finally achieve it then what
psy has…we have known the girls’ potential for so long…
and though it may be through unconventional mean, the
rest of the world is starting to notice…ever so slightly…
but they are!!!
