On July 13th, Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung, who is a student studying drama and cinema at Chung-Ang University, visited the university’s President’s office. She had a discussion with President Ahn Gookshin, Director of Admissions Lee Chankyu, Director of School Affairs Han Sangjun, and Head of Public Relations Lee Taehyun, regarding the university’s promotional video.
Student Choi Sooyoung took part in the 2013 admissions promotional video shoot. This video, which is currently under works, will be used to promote Chung-Ang University and will be directed towards students taking entrance exams.
Ahn Gookshin stated, “We give thanks to Soooyoung for helping the school without hesitation, despite her busy schedule. We hope that she will help the development of the school’s image in the future.”
Sooyoung stated, “It’s a little help, but I’m happy that it will help the university. I hope many students will gain interest in our school through the video.”

You should really look up what “a dime a dozen” means…
rather than just pointing out the mistake,
why don’t you try and help them fix it too…
“dime a dozen” means that something is so
so abundant and cheap that finding it is
relatively unimportant or unimpressive…we
all know that is not what you meant, and i
understood the point of your message, but
doofus mcdouchebag here just wanted to
make you feel bad…i hope you except the
knowledge i have shared with you and ignore
the other person’s unhelpful comment :-)
something good to have used instead of
“dime a dozen” would have been something
like “one in a million”…that means she’s
super special like you pointed out in the
rest of your response…i think that’s more
what you were going for :-)
honestly, i don’t know how she does it. i don’t know
how so many of them do it. you think of all the diverse
talents they have within the realm of “idol”, and your
jaw drops at all they are able to do with the time
constraints they have. and by time constraints, i mean
having to sleep, and silly little things like that. LOL!
and they do them so well. but then you start to forget
the “regular woman” part of our precious girls. and if
your jaw could drop any further, it would. how they
find the time to do this all, and not only that, do it well
is beyond me. and here sooyoung is, melding the two
together…using her “idol” status to promote the “regular
woman” and show everyone just how cool it is to be
educated, not just famous. :-)

i think so. i’ve watched them study and attending class together on StarLifeTheater.
