After much anticipation, Girls’ Generation has finally released the music video and dance version for “PAPARAZZI”.
The music video features the girls on a theater set and is accompanied by “PAPARAZZI”, an extremely catchy song that is fast-paced, as reflected in the song’s choreography. The girls appear in two different sets of outfits. The first are the red, white, and black outfits pictured above, while they also appear in white and black outfits with elbow-length neon pink gloves. These gloves emphasize the numerous hand gestures, which seem to be the point of this choreography.
In addition to the music video, a dance version of “PAPARAZZI” has also been released, which does not show Girls’ Generation’s entrance into the theater and instead focuses on the song’s choreography. The dance version for “PAPARAZZI” involves many camera angles which allow viewers to be able to take in the choreography as a whole. The four-minute video also alternates between the two sets of outfits, which both highlight the powerful choreography for their latest single.
Fans who had been anticipating the release of these two videos used the hashtag “#SNSDPAPARAZZI” on Twitter, which immediately rocketed to the first place on the worldwide trends list.
A teaser video of “PAPARAZZI” was first released on May 29th via SMTOWN’s YouTube page while various teaser photos were released in the following days. On June 10th, the music video for “PAPARAZZI” was aired in Shibuya, a district in Tokyo.
Universal Music Japan has reported that there will be a total of five versions for the “PAPARAZZI” music video. Stay tuned to Soshified for updates on the latest news regarding the other three versions.

Devil my Cry
I love the choreography in the second video!! Love the outfit too though there are times that I found the pink gloves a bit distracting and out of place. Ha ha! But I guess the colour is chosen to make the dance choreography stand out more perhaps.
Okay… Japanese, a little English and some French with the oo-la-la-la but was that a line (or partial line) of Spanish by Tiffany near the end?…
Do you mean the “RATATA” line?
I just watched the lyrics, I dont think there’s spanish in this song.
there is neither Spanish nor French
TAEYEON SO SEXAY!! I love this MV so much!!! I’ve been praying for an MV that shows off their sexiness, badassery, and super power voices and coordination in dancing at the same time and this has answered those prayers and then some!! I cannot not handle how awesome the song and video is, because everytime I watch, I feel like my head is going to explode from how mind blowing it is!! 소녀시대 화이팅!!!!! <3<3<3<3
Does anyone else think the video and audio is out of sync? It seems to me that they need to have another go at lining up the dance moves and mouth movement with the song. It’s driving me crazy because I realy like both the video and the song. They are just not having the joint impact they should.
deabak!!!! deabak!!! deabak!!!! deabak!!! deabak!!!!
snsd jjang!!!!!!!!!!!! snsd <3 <3<3

Watched the MV in class and freaked out. People were looking at me, but I didn’t care! PAPARAZZI WAS AMAZING. I do like the dance version more. I always like the dance version because dancing is a big part of my life. And of course, my dancing queen was BEAUTIFUL and AMAZING as always. Hyoyeon I love you! SNSD FIGHTING! <3
really great!
will soshisubs team sub the pv by any chance?
Tiffany .. you’re so beautiful
I lost track of how many times I’ve listened to this…
Me too!! haha~~~~~ The replay button are my best friend at work now! XD
I get this feeling that is very similar to the time when I was watching Bad Girl. I gotta admit that it’s catchy, but it will take me a little getting used to before I would totally get into this new song. For some reason, so far only Mr. Taxi and The Great Escape really appealed to me at the first impression as far as their upbeat Japanese songs are concerned. Bad Girl and Paparazzi admittedly would require me a little more, I think.
Taeny.. with them dancing and all.. cant barely recognize which one is Tiffany and which one is Taeyeon.. hairstyle kinda similar as well.. but i like the beat thou.. hee~
taeyeon you kill me. . always
Fany is so freaking beautiful in this video!!! Waaaahhhhh… Is it just me or do the Japanese versions of their songs sound a little bit better than their korean counterparts? Well of course Paparazzi is a Japanese single, but I find that they sound more appealing in Japanese. Hehehe. :D
Im so proud of the girls:) yoona is so freaking beautiful!
this is a great song. ILove SNSD ILove paparazi
I love the song so much!!! I love the mv so much!! They are perfect! It could not be any better than this!!! I am so happy!!! Everything Girls’ Generation does is amazing!!!!
Love the dance version of it. Music-wise, not my favorite song of the girls, I find the breakdown solo parts, about 2:47 to 3:00 of the dance MV quite strange and lack cohesiveness, but I still like the song and choreography enough to keep listening to it. The girls all look great in the MV!
I love the song, but I prefer the dance version of the Paparazzi than the other version. The girls look so hot…this video was worth waiting for! :D My Jessica and Sooyoung did their thing. <3 (I had to watch the music videos a few times and both versions have grown on me a lot.)
