Haha I'm glad they show support to indie bands considering how people look down upon idols for not writing/composing their own music... It's not that the girls don't have an interest, it's just the limitations imposed upon them right now.

Yep, something like that. It's a SMS/website service and also where Star Calls are from.
As far as I know you need to buy credits from the UFO website (http://www.ufotown.com/index.html), and you can SMS/post your messages on the site. The stars will pick random messages to reply as they like.
