When SNSD Meet 'Boys'

Boys Meet Girls

'SNSD' are Hallyu representatives, known as 'Asian beauties'. Take notice of the shocking transformations that Tiffany, Sooyoung, Jessica, Sunny, Yuri, and Hyoyeon underwent! They've taken off their lovely girl group image and transformed into softly masculine, modern males and funky girls.

"Wigs? SNSD has never done a photo shoot with wigs on!" Not just any wigs, either, they were white, pink, blonde, orange, and red! It seems as if the managers were worried about how things would go. That's because the concepts that <VOGUE> suggested (funky like Lady Gaga or Tilda Swinton and softly masculine like Prince) are so different from the image that SNSD has protected up until now. The girls, nevertheless, gave the OK sign, saying that they would trust <VOGUE> and attempt to undergo a transformation for the first time. Finally, the day of the photo shoot arrived and everybody was worried, excited, and looking forward to seeing who was going to be Lady Gaga and who was going to take on the male role.

The first person to undergo a transformation was Tiffany! Soon after putting on a white wig and having it neatly cut into a triangular shape, she ran over to the other members and yelled, "Take a look at this!" "Eek! Cackle!" The make-up room was immediately filled with the girls' shriek-like laughter. When the stylist held out an unusual outfit and asked her if she would be willing to wear it, Tiffany told her, "My hair is already like this, so I'm willing to wear an outfit that's even more shocking than that one!" Her positive attitude might have rubbed off on the others: "Please paint peculiar designs on my fingernails, rather than regular nail polish.", "The member who went before me was pretty; what am I going to wear??" As the girls started having more and more fun undergoing transformations, the photo shoot became more and more lively. When Tiffany put on red Dior lipstick to wrap things up, her girl-like image vanished and she was like Madonna in the '80s or Lady Gaga in the 21st century. "To females, lipstick is a way to express their inner feelings, right? Depending on the color of the lipstick that they put on, they can become lovely or sexy." Sunny, who had been laughing like crazy at Tiffany becoming like Lady Gaga, put on a pink wig with ribbons on it. Sunny had been stamping her feet because the transformations of the other members and herself were so awkward to her, but she changed completely when she stood in front of the camera. This young lady of a thousand faces showed off the provocative, cute, sexy, and refreshing sides of herself, but when the camera stopped shooting, she turned back into a girl and laughed like a cartoon voice actress, going, "Kkahahahaha." "Normally, I like wearing comfortable and light clothing, such as those from Marc Jacobs or Marc by Marc Jacobs. I also like wearing T-shirts with skinny jeans or peculiar leggings with loose fit T-shirts. I like clothes that are boyish and cute rather than feminine."
