Forever sounds almost like Complete to me. It starts off slow, then to the emotional vocals. But the song is definitely gives it more a melodic sound to it. 

Songs that I liked are Forever, Talk to me, Boys & Girls, and Day By Day. I definitely agree with you with the ratings.

This album is cutesy-pop. Not really my style of music, but that's soshi style lol. I would buy it if I were a more big fan of theirs. 

I also really love Into the New World. I'm not really sure I would call it a ballad because it seems to fall more into dance-pop. 

The lyrics are quite inspiring and fitting to their debut. Their voices in this song is very clear, with no auto-tune or other voices in. Just the girls and their vocals being shown off. 

I absolutely love Taeyeon and Jessica's adlibs and vocals. Really amazing. 

I don't know if I'm going too deep into the song, but the high notes(that taeyeon and jessica made) doesn't sound just like high notes to make the song more amazing but as a voice stretching for unity with determination. 

One thing that this song fascinates me is that it's does not seem commercial, but feelings of sincerity and hopefulness. All the girls sound very natural. Especially for Yuri and Yoona, they have quite low voices, and it is actually sort of nice. 

There is a dance break in the song. Which we, listeners, can only hear the sounds and effect of it. I know some that feel that it is irrelevant and that it is out of place, but I personally find it a nice touch to the song. It adds a rebellious that demands attention which is BADASS awesome. 

Anyway this song is one of the best of Girls' Generation. It is pure(of course), energetic, and heart pumping.
