I'm visiting Seoul, Korea for a week and thought I would get as much idol experience as possible. Just this morning I queued for 5 hours in the freezing weather to finally get a chance to watch 2PM perform their goodbye stage live on Inkigayo!! ^^

At about 5 PM, I went with my Korean friend to SM building because I wanted to take photos in front of it. Then my friend suggested we go to the back, so we did. We were tired so we leaned on the railing of the driveway The security guard was eyeing us from his post, but he didn't approach us. There were two huge black vans parked in the driveway and my friend was like 'that's probably SNSD's van' and I said 'yeah i think so. i thought it would be pink'. Just when I was looking at the van, suddenly the van door opened and out came Jessica and Hyo Yeon and their 2 assistants and I stood there in shock. Hyo Yeon was smiling but she was looking at the guard's direction, and when Jessica came out of the van, she said 'Ooh, cold!' (in English). They were like 1 meter away from me but they passed by really quickly and disappeared into the building before I could even open my mouth.

So me and my friend stopped the guy who came out of the van (probably their assistant or manager), but he was on the phone. He was saying something like 'Jessica will be coming out at the end' (in Korean), I think he might be referring to a performance. His name is Daniel. When he was done, I introduced myself as a fan from Australia and if I could take photos or get their autographs or something. He told us that the girls are exercising/practicing their dance, so they're busy with their schedule. Also, they aren't wearing any makeup so they might not be able to take photos. He asked me who my favorite member was and I told him it's Seohyun. He said he can't get all the girls' signature because it would take way too long, and even he's unsure if he could get Seohyun's one or not. After that, he went inside the SM building.

Me and my friend just continued standing there for a bit. The SM main building (I think that's where they practice) connects directly to another building (I don't know what it's for, but it looks like a dorm). In between there's a bridge. I saw the girls (about 7 or 8 of them) pass by two or three times on the bridge, but it was already late at night, and it was pretty far so I couldn't tell who was who. I could only really tell Hyo and Jessica apart because of their hair color, even in the dark. But they looked like they've been practicing, they were wearing sweatpants and jackets. Me and my friend wanted to shout something to them but the security guard there was pretty strict so we restrained from it. In the end, I couldn't get any autographs. But I was happy enough to have encountered SNSD in the flesh, even if it was only for a few seconds! ^^
