About Me

About me...I always find this a hard question to answer, but I'm sure no-one will read this, so that's why I decided to write it.

Well, my name is Vicky and I'm from the UK. I am going to study abroad at the University of Hong Kong in January and will be travelling to Korea while I'm over that side of the world! So if anyone knows any good places to go/things to see while I'm there I'd love you to tell me.

I don't remember when I first heard about K-pop, but I do know that the first song I heard was SNSD's Genie, and to this day it is still my favourite, and has most plays on my itunes out of all my songs! I remember my friend from uni posting a Girls Generation video on my other friend's Facebook and I was so surprised! I had no idea she liked them too, and from that day on we were pretty obsessed. She taught me the dance to Genie and we forever danced away (I even know the Korean lyrics now).

When this site asked me for a favourite member I was stumped, I really like all of them, and some days I like a certain member more than others, so that will be changing regularly. I originally joined this site because my friend told me to join to try and get an SM ticket as someone had sold her one from here, unfortunately no-one had one that I could afford, but the site looked awesome, so I've stuck around. I can't believe I didn't know about it before!

I like lots of music, but especially K-pop and my favourites are SNSD (obviously), Big Bang and Super Junior (Kyuhyun ).
I also adore K-dramas, so far I have seen:
Playful Kiss, Secret Garden, Coffee Prince, My Name is Kim Sam Soon, You're Beautiful, Goong, Mary Stayed Out All Night, Boys Before Flowers and Dream High...I think that's it...When I finish my exams, next on my list is Beethoven Virus, I'm Sorry I Love You and Cinderella's Sister. If anyone has got any recommendations, I'm up for watching anything!
