Been a SONE since November 2010, and proud of it. It was so spontaneous too~
Though, I was probably one way before that. I remember last year when I would listen to Gee almost non-stop while doing my homework. The song was so catchy.
■ How did you discover 소녀시대?
I had Gee on my phone when it released and I watched the MV, but I didn't really care much. A year later one of my friends in college taking a Korean culture course told me that they had to listen to 소녀시대 and other K-POP. I became a bit more interested.
Apparently, I've also heard one of their earlier songs way back when. I think it was either ITNW or GG. I was such a young teen xD
■ Who is your favourite member of 소녀시대?
TaeYeon ALL the way <3
Though I <3 the others a lot too.
■ What is your favourite song?
Right now, it's Genie and Gee. ☆★☆ is up there too <3
... and Oh! and Run Devil Run... lol.
■ How did you find Soshified?
Youtube videos saying "Thanks to Soshified" gave it away,
■ What are your hobbies/interests?
I'm a "jack-of-all-trades"; I can dance, draw and do computer art, sing (sort of, lol), write lyrics and short stories and play a few instruments. I used to play a lot of videogames too (RPGs, fighters). I also like to play basketball, soccer, badminton, and a little bit of baseball. I swim too. I like to go out, but only when I feel like it xD
I used to watch a lot of anime. Rarely do now, but I still know enough about it to hold a conversation with other fans. I like slice-of-life shows and Baccano!
Because of school, though, I don't do most of these activities anymore ;A; Still dance, sing and workout, though.
■ Do you have any other favourite KPop band/artist outside of 소녀시대? If so, who?
Just recently got into the K-POP scene, so all I know is BoA (from J-POP stuff), SHINee, and Super Junior :[ All SM; I know, right? I've listened to some Wonder Girls and 2NE1 stuff too way back when.
■ Anything else you might like to add!
Mainly Filipino, but I'm a mix of some bunch of stuff... Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese. All that's missing is Korean, LOL.
I used to live in Japan for a while as a child; 6 years. I'm still young, mostly. I was there before I moved to California. I've been to Singapore, the Philippines, and Taiwan.
I listen to all types of music, but I've been a J-POP/Rock fan since 2006. Now I can gleefully add K-POP <3
I'm pretty organized. I have a planner for scheduling and homework. I always have my school things ready for the next day, as well as clothes and morning utencils, haha.
I'm pretty good at learning languages, even if I'm only learning Spanish in school, LOL. I know a bit of Japanese too, and I want to continue studying it. But then K-POP came into my life, so now I want to study Korean ^^; I don't know what good it'll have on my life, but I don't mind.
This type of blue is my favourite colour... I like purple too ;_;, and basically any colors that complement each other side-to-side.
