Summary: I'm a trainee at a hospital in the city and I've been working there without getting paid. I extended my usual eight hour shift to nine hours in the Operating Room so that I could lend my seniors a hand. I volunteered to monitor our post-operative patients and pre-partum patients while my staff had their meetings and carried out their other responsibilities. It was a hectic day and everyone was stressed over the heavy workload, but I was glad to have helped out in lightening my senior staffs' tasks.

In Topic: [MESSAGE] Happy 5th Anniversary To Girls' Generation/소녀시대

29 July 2012 - 03:05 AM

I'll come up with something special for this post.
Will be back soon after I get my head together. :lolol:
Happy 5th Anniversary, Soshi!!! :D

Edit:

I may not have been there at the beginning, but I am sure that I'll be there until the end.
Life had been bleak before I stumbled upon Girls' Generation. Now, I'm thoroughly a changed person thanks to nine special girls who stood up to take the lead in this generation. You gave me the hope that this world still has its spark of hope and love - that there are still people who strive to succeed in the most noble of ways and still remain down to earth. A SONE's admiration could only be expressed in actions because words can never fill in the void that would define the bond that SNSD has between its members and its fans.

This picture alone tells everything. Girls' Generation makes me proud to be a fan. It's not only about the music, the songs, the dances, the extravagant outfits and stage, but it is also about the invisible thread that connects SNSD with each other and how that bond reaches out to the people who witness them. To me, it's a WISH fulfilled. It is enough to make my life complete.

Happy Anniversary Girls' Generation! Thank you for fulfilling my WISH. Continue to inspire others and may you be showered with more blessings!

소녀시대 사랑해! :respect:

Thank you for the translations!
This article really helped me appreciate the Japanese album and the people behind Girls' Generation more.
Such a great amount of effort and passion placed in a work deserves such great recognition.
Truly, this one deserves to go down in music history.

In Topic: [OTHERS] Girls' Generation's "Thanks To" from 3rd Full Album...

rofl! Thanks for this translation!
The message that caught me the most was Hyoyeon's actually...kekeke.
She only has one line but it meant the world. It's simple yet deep and it expresses what everyone needed to express with just a few words.
I'd say, she's really witty in writing her thanks to. kekeke.

And I really smiled after reading Taeyeon's last line... She really did a great job and patting herself is a sign that out leader, Taengoo, had now managed to open up and express herself. :3

Jessica's message was really cute and poetic. This is her hidden side perhaps, her artistic one since she's really good with words. Tiffany and Sunny are bubbly as expected. kekeke. And the rest of the girls really took lengths to express their gratitude to everyone. I love the sincerity in their messages especially their emphasis on their sisterly bonds as 9 as well as their love for SONE. These things make me appreciate being an SNSD fan the most.

Soshi Hwaiting! :3
