Q: What is your favorite Japanese food?

A: Sushi and teppanyaki (T/L note: food cooked on an iron griddle). If I have time when I come to Japan, I often go eat it. ^^

 

Q: If you had a time machine, would you go into the past? Or go into the future?

A: I want to go into the future~ I’m curious about what my future self will be doing and what the future world will be like. ♪

 

Q: Recently, Jessica is becoming more and more prettier, but with your busy life, what considerations do you take into account for your health?

A: I don’t really do anything special... I think you should pay attention in taking your vitamins... (><) But, more importantly than anything else is to eat properly and to have enough sleep!

Q: If you weren’t a singer, what would you be doing now?

A: A dancer who can dance no matter what the dance or genre!  A job connected to my favorite dances and music is as expected a good thing.

 

Q: What is your source of energy?

A: Travelling and exercising!

I get motivated by going out to several places and gain energy by relaxing.   

Among exercising I enjoy golf, horse back riding and riding a bike. Moving my body is my source of energy!

 

Q: It became hot! I think everyone is busy, but what do you want to do in summer?

A: I want to go to South East Asia and play by the sea all day long. I want to swim in the beautiful sea and do marine sports.

Q: I’m going to Korea, so please tell me a place that you recommend (*^^*)!

A: Samcheong-dong! It has many lovely, cozy and stylish cafes.  There are traditional buildings and the view is also very wonderful, so please by all means go try to visit~.

 

Q: Please tell us if there was an interesting event during the Japan Tour~!

A: During the Nagoya concerts, I got to eat my favorite hitsumabushi (T/L note: grilled eel over steamed rice) everyday! (laughs)  It was really delicious and I performed with a lot of energy ^^

At other places I was able have new experiences eating different specialties~.

 

Q: Right now, all of a sudden, if you were given 10 complete day offs, what would you do?  If you were to travel, where would you like to go?

A: For the first five days I’ll go traveling~ For now the place will be abroad! (laughs)  

Then, with the remaining days I think I would take lessons to compensate my weak points and exercise for personal development!

Thank you for the lovely translation!  Jessica's answer about the time-machine is pretty interesting.  Most peoples will want to head into the past to fix their problems, but she want to head into the future, to know how her future self will be like.  And Hyoyeon is indeed Hyoyeon, by wanting to have a job that is related to dancing if she was not in Girls' Generation.  And I will keep it in mind that Yoona recommend Samcheong-dong as a must go place in Korea.

Hyoyeon plays golf? I had no idea, I guess I learned a new interesting fact about her today! The girls' answers are interesting to read. I do pay attention in taking my vitamins, and I'll make sure to sleep and eat properly too, ㅋㅋㅋ. I want to do marine sports with hyoyeon, that'd be fun! Hyo and I should go to South East Asia together, since I always wanted to go there. I looked up the place Yoona mentioned, it does seem like a good place to visit in Korea, I'll keep that in mind if the opportunity ever comes.
