It's a global effort to stop the coronavirus, Keitaro88. I told you. Europe is in pretty bad shape. v_v Corruption? Doubt it. Calm down, Keitaro88. As I said before, the final tally is when the war has ended and we humans are emerged victorious over the coronavirus. ^_^ What's with the big brother complex, Keitaro88? @_@ For you, Keitaro88, . . . ^_^ https://www.youtube....h?v=Zc7PQWU6eN8
Composers is very highly competitive. Brings me back to the old techno days, and witnessing the genre break up into other emotional categories, and finally being merged back together again, only to be called, "EDM". So many DJs and composers throughout the decades. The only way a composer that can get noticed is if people talk about how well the beat and flow of the track just energizes them. It's difficult to gauge where the majority is in the audience these days because of the sheer magnitude range that's opened up, thanks to the internet and computer software DJ programs. Take this for example, . . . I play these back-to-back because of the sheer simplicity it was made, . . . https://www.youtube....h?v=xvxdDtIXqCQ & https://www.youtube....h?v=CxqSqOIWXGE In terms of anime soundtracks, this person is so well respected, . . . https://en.wikipedia...wiki/Yoko_Kanno She's a true pioneer.

I've always thought that job was pretty secure because of the ever changing of the seasons annually. Winter, have to deal with the snow. Spring, trimming the excess plant growth. Summer, making sure there's water to keep the area looking healthy and flourishing always. Fall, cleaning up the dead leaves. And then there's the occasional rainfall and flooding. Tornados ripping up property and roads and messing up power lines and other structural damages. And then there's the environmental damagers. I won't even mention animal droppings either. >.< I always give my respect to those workers. Is it common to contract professional teams nowadays instead of building up a team of talented individuals?
G.P.S. smartphone tracking started in China, Keitaro88. Remember this link?, . . . https://www.theepoch...es_3244800.html That's how later on they were able to determine an estimated 5 million people who're potentially carriers left the country and contributed accidentally to the global spread of the coronavirus, Keitaro88. Please, calm down with the conspiracy theories. >.<
I think all 9 SNSD members need to be on that show together, glider003. ^.^

(08:03:29 PM)i like how under cv case(ES) people losing their common citizen rights https://www.channeln...elled-12586942? but in the same time, in this case, he wasnt right. But it would be fun if all those surveillance measures stayed after epidemic. LOL
(07:32:14 PM)@korniceman3000 i would say it's official numbers(tested). i think it's moar than 1mln+ considering how citizens react to virus(denial, dont care, not reported etc) and population numbers. poor people, stuck with dysfunctional gov, which only sees citizens as wallet... Private med doesnt work and should be only as option not general.

(12:37:22 PM)Damn, Florida coronavirus cases keep rising. We have no idea which part of the curve we are on. Still allowing more people traveling from NY and New Jersey in with a so-called "self-quarantine" requirement. The only screening process they got was a questionnaire filled out prior to de-planing and a temp check. Many coming in from late night flights don't even get the temp. check and some aren't even screened. (-__-)...
(11:29:57 AM)Actually, I auditioned as a composer not as a performer. Those never turn out well LOL. I was told by the reps via email that the judges would listen to my tracks live during the process just like they review the performers. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case when I attended several live auditions where I was told they didn't have music A&R and asked me to leave them my disc. Wasted airfare and hotel flying to LA and NY for nothing. SM held one audition in Miami 2 yrs ago and it wound up being the same way so I stopped auditioning for Kpop. I have since transitioned to hip hop beats instead to try and license them to rappers and local artists.
(11:23:01 AM)Smaller firms pay better short term but job is less secure and dependent on the number of projects and project budget scale. Funny thing with county and state jobs is that many of the "engineers" working under the licensed professional engineer don't have engineering degrees. They do have a lot of experience working from the bottom up.
(11:19:27 AM)There are certainly a lot of civil engineering job openings being offered but companies often hire from within rather than outside so even if there are postings, they don't hold much weight. For county and state jobs, permanent ones are reserved for internal promotions while the other ones are sub-contracted to smaller firms on a project basis.
Yes, cinderella@yoona. v_v I hope the law enforcement are tracking down and arresting those using the coronavirus as a bio-weapon against those who disagree with their sick and twisted views of the world. And yes, comments I've come cross saying they'll do that are from the Democrat side of the isle. >_<
I assumed civil and environmental engineers had a pretty good salary, no? Average range was between $40,000 to as high as $102,000 per year. Was there a short term job stagnation that occurred in the profession recently? Did it clash with other similar professions, like the atypical gardener? That's great to hear a passionate career pursuit. I hope you get the chance to prove yourself in K-Pop. If not, you gave it your best, and nobody cannot take that away from you. ^_^ Have you voiced your resume to all of the major K-Pop labels already? If so, did you get any positive responses in return? How good is your Hangul? Korean language skills? What type of musical and image approach do you want to take in K-Pop? Previous vocal training? Dance training? Public relations training (Interview handling.)?
Only for those corporations that do not have the financial reserves. Right now, the hardest hit with downsizing is the hospitality and travel industries. But the operational costs are huge for the airline industry. Jet fuel ain't cheap, for one thing. Somewhere around $19,000 to $21,000 per flight. And I won't even bother to mention maintenance and engine repairs. One thing I heard a while back that confused the heck out of me is hearing about "empty flights" because pilots who don't want to lose their flight placings at the airports. As for Ford, it has to be in the billions range in case of a massive vehicle recall and lawsuits. But that's a good thing they have a good amount in reserve to help fight the coronavirus. I do wonder if there's a health insurance claim wrapped with the tax breaks that could be added to the business's net worth? Google and Microsoft are still under investigation for elections meddling this year.
<<< His SNSD bias is, . . . wait for it, . . . "all of them." ^_^ <<< Innocent! ^.^
Correction, Keitaro88, the EU wishes they were right. Britain is free! ^.^
That's backwards thinking, Keitaro88. Businesses in general are doing the very best they can to fight the coronavirus. The Democrats are including non-coronavirus pork to the bill. The GOP are doing their very best to fight the evil stupidity of these insane, left-wing, nut jobs who need to be fired immediately for trying to bankrupt the U.S. and send it into a long-term bleeding recession again. Click it, . . . ^_^ https://en.wikipedia...wiki/Capitalism
(12:02:16 PM)As for why I decided to switch to doing music, a lot of my friends and co-workers opted out to do something they liked rather than be the avg. company employee toiling for a firm that only cared about acquiring large scale projects while minimizing staff. Since myself and some friends had done some Kpop auditions a number of years ago and I had always done remixes, they encouraged me to try something new.
(11:49:03 AM)The airline industry made over $5 billion in baggage claim fees alone last year. They made record profits the last few years. Hell Delta airlines netted $20 billion since 2015. (That's NET. I can only imagine the numbers for Gross). Now they want tax dollars to pay for their employees... This is outrageous.
(11:43:20 AM)Major corporations are going to downsize with massive layoffs and this stimulus doesn't have the guard rails against that. So long as they retain X amount of employees, they will be entitled to a forgivable loan to be used for that payroll while eliminating many workers to cut costs and benefits.
(11:16:12 AM)Seems like it's not just shortage of equipment and supplies but shortage of medical staff and healthcare workers as well. Those that are present are overworked and highly susceptible to infection.
(04:01:36 AM)unfortunately, this guy is better than those who ran way to the so-called "Shelter" and still sharing those videos and openly laughing at the victims and authority, while remaining unidentified. And a 16-year old boy was revealed to be an accomplice. SMH

Not to worry, there's regulations and business laws with business agencies in place to monitor the situations. As the Dune saying goes, "The Spice must flow." ^_^
The E.U. is a mess, if you ask me. I'm happy Britain left it. ^_^ Ireland is another story. I remember the earlier days of the outbreak, there was so many business comments about how the stock market is not a free-for-all buying toy/candy store. LMAO! It's a tricky thing with value of the shares during this global situation with the coronavirus. Many people that I've read so far, based on their comments, are more worried about the smaller businesses closing down than the larger ones, but it's not easily deduced when considering the larger businesses are doing more in the upkeep and fighting against the spread of the coronavirus. I've talked to someone about how many C.E.O.s probably don't have enough money in their own bank accounts to sustain their daily costly business operations for the duration of the outbreak/pandemic (Referring to estimated Fall season of 2021 it'll end.) on their own, even when including setbacks and accidents that may happen along the way.
I agree, I cannot stand her deflecting methods and the lack of any ability to give any solutions. Every Democratic Debates/Town Halls was just purely a clown circus of epic proportions. At least we got lots of laughs while eating delicious popcorn and sipping on some suicide soda (A large gulp cup size with a mixture of every available 7-Eleven or gas station self-servering soda in the beverage dispensers.).
Yeah, lots of gripe going around about the porky aspects of the now $2.2 trillion bill. But we don't know just how bad the situations are with these businesses dealing with the coronavirus. I'm still hearing lots of layoffs, which is insane in a short amount of time. Good thing the Republicans are eagle-eyeing and keeping non-coronavirus, SJW agenda, left-wing extremism driven nonsense out of the recovery package.
<<< His SNSD bias is, . . . wait for it, . . . "all of them." ^_^ <<< Innocent! ^.^
Calm down, Keitaro88. ^_^ It's not the end of the world, and we certainly don't need such paranoia extremes.
So you resigned from your previous job to try your hand in music then. Interesting. What made you switch careers, korniceman3000?
The medical supplies are coming. Just hang in there. Actually, they already started manufacturing and shipping the equipment out to the States, although in small amount of units. Both Ford and GM have gone on record that they'll ramp up production very soon.
(11:23:31 AM)Ok... Nevermind... Found the Warren letter LOL! Not sure if Chamber Of Commerce will respond. One thing is for sure, there will be a lot of companies trying to profit from this crisis. The only question is who and how to track and stop them.
(11:16:26 AM)All the major corporations, particularly those that used earnings for massive stock buy backs should only be given low interest loans to ensure govt. gets some return for the tax dollars spent. Money should be reserved for smaller businesses and not major corporations that can easily downsize to avert losses and raise capital via selling new shares of stock or leverage private loans using their own assets.
(11:04:05 AM)Have a major gripe with airlines getting $25 billion bailout. It should be a $50 billion loan that they should be required to pay back instead of one where they will be completely forgiven provided it be used for employee payroll. All the major air carriers spent the majority of their profits on stock buy backs to boost their company value and on CEO bonuses. Now we give them essentially free money to pay their employees (-__-)
(10:49:45 AM)Personally, I'm all for application of some parts of the DPA at this point. They could use it to get valuable resources for ventilator production and supply those to smaller ventilator manufacturers who don't have the money to outbid Ford and GM in the open market so they can start immediate production during the time Ford and GM convert their plants.
(10:46:48 AM)Ford and GM are both in the process of converting their plants for ventilator production with GM stating the earliest they can start is on April 6 provided they are able to get the parts on time. Then supplier production would start in 2-3 weeks. So it could be some time before they can actually put out the ventilators.
(10:37:07 AM)Not surprising. Florida is having the same problem getting supplies and medical equipment as well as constantly running out of masks and testing swabs. The problem is we can't compete in the open market. We requested 1 million swabs from fed. govt. and only got 20,000 due to critical shortage and we don't have the resources to outbid other countries on the same market. Plus a lot of the hospitals are rationing supplies and many people with symptoms are getting turned away due to shortage of testing swabs being reserved for healthcare and emergency workers.
It won't make any sense for it to be about profit when Congress giving a $2 trillion relief bill that'll help them economically. It's basically about adhering to the basic supply needs people thrive on. I've heard recently that even F.E.M.A. is reconsidering using the D.P.A. too.
The Man In Office is considering all aspects of the supply chain challenge during this coronavirus outbreak/pandemic. Don't fault the guy for thinking first. ^_^Correction, they're making the medical equipment since this past Sunday, . . . https://arstechnica....s-boost-output/
State Governors need to do better, if you ask me. For example, New York's Governor has to better manage people's travels to slow down the spread of the virus first and foremost. To which it'll give more manufacturers time to make more needed medical equipment. I keep coming across online comments how crappy of a job he's doing in that State. And to think his childish brother is a news anchor in lying CNN. >.<
Please don't mix up the timelines of events and nip-pick certain statements and then re-arrangement into a losing talking point. It doesn't make for a good argument. Here, check this out, . . . https://www.foxnews....avirus-outbreak
It's not because of the profits but primarily the manufacturing priorities of items across the board that people need in their daily lives.
(12:29:06 PM)Also, there are a lot of smaller companies not in the medical field but have many workers and proper equipment but not money to help make masks and ventilators. Trump could use DPA to grant them loans to start production immediately and not just solely rely on 3M, GM, Ford or other major corporations. But he hasn't.
(12:23:07 PM)If Trump applies DPA now, he can direct private companies to make and sell masks to the most critical states. He can also have resource companies not making emergency gear to sell directly to govt. relevant material and govt would distribute supplies toward mask/ventilator production to ensure there are enough resources for all companies making protective gear and hospital equipment.
(12:10:59 PM)Now we learn the Chamber Of Commerce and many major corporations lobbied for Trump to not use DPA because emergency production would cut into their profits. Trump and Kudlow both acknowledged this that sent a "tremor to the business community"
(11:58:23 AM)His own words: "They can get them faster by getting them on their own," Trump told reporters at the White House. "In other words, go through a supply chain that they may have because the governors, during normal times, the governors buy a lot of things, not necessarily through the federal government."
(11:58:13 AM)While I get that 3M doesn't directly distribute on the market, Trump could have acted earlier with DPA to have 3M sell to the govt. directly to prevent price gouging. Instead he told them to get it themselves.
(03:01:02 AM)That Nth room dude looking dumb with that arrogant facial expression and neck brace(his neck was absolutely fine the day before), and saying stupid thing like "thank you for stopping me from doing devilish acts" while getting dragged to prosecutor's office. He probably thinks he's like a hero or something. meanwhile, it's been reported that the unidentified members of the Nth Room made another chat room called "Shelter" to run away from authority and continue their heinous stuff there
(02:54:35 AM)that immature 16-year old theater actor ranting about Nth Room incident, posting on how he's mad that men are apparently treated the same, that he is one of those men who didn't go to Nth Room, while calling 27million women sl**, ending with "if I am a perpetrator then you are sl**" now he apologizing for it, but I doubt anyone who says that really means it in their apology. some his previous posts suggest that 16 year old kid is way too obsessed with sex. smh
Care to be more specific about the set prices in that executive order? I don't recall it ever mentioning $0.99 on everything. ^_^ Tehehehe. Ease up on the assumptions there. He's not an evil person, for goodness sake. ^_^
9% is totally unacceptable! 100% detection is needed! Period! It would not speed up screening processes and it'll allow those infected go undetected and infect others and spread the coronavirus! What madness is this? O_O Please stop cheering on the coronavirus to win! >.<
No, his decision is in no way socialism since your earlier analysis was almost a week behind on current events.
I recommend you check out better up to date news websites online. ^_^ Tehehehe.
I don't know why this aspect of the conversation is including the sham impeachment of the man in office whose found not guilty of the charges. So that part in your argument is left totally moot. ^_^ Nice try though.
And thus the prey has fallen into the trap, . . . https://www.theepoch...us_3276742.html It's good to keep up to date with current events, wouldn't you agree? ^_^ Tehehehe. Please note the date the article was published. ^.^
Yes, Ford and GM as well as other companies were already underway with manufacturing the need medical equipment weeks ago, according to the man in office. ^_^
(12:25:41 PM)While the thermo body scans might not stop virus entry (new London School of Hygiene study found only 9% may get detected) it would certainly speed up the screening process and wouldn't create the ridiculous airport jams we saw on tv where people were no more than 6 inches apart while awaiting TSA temperature check and create massive community spread during transit screening.
(11:38:48 AM)Right now, many companies like Ford and GM are trying to pitch their own new respirator or ventilator product to the FDA while awaiting approval and that is costing valuable time. At the same time, many of these companies are in talks with companies in UK, Canada, and China to develop mask production for sale in others countries.
(11:12:03 AM)the DPA allows the president to force all the companies to produce at specific expanded rate and gives him authority over pricing control, wages, distribution and other regulations to prevent price gouging, hoarding, price fixing, distribution bias, etc.
(11:09:11 AM)LOL. You clearly don't get why invoking DPA is vital at this stage. Private companies are mobilizing, but they produce at their own pace, hire at their own wages, and sell at their own pricing which often creates a bidding war.
(11:03:28 AM)The only reason Trump didn't employ this with Jeff Sessions was because of the Mueller investigation and he was advised by many in his admin that handpicking a loyalist to be the acting AG over Rosenstein would look like a cover-up.
(10:58:20 AM)The most important benefit of using a forced resignation over direct firing is it allows the president to select an acting replacement (anyone he wants) using the Federal Vacancies Reform Act. A direct firing doesn't not allow him to hand pick and the deputy is automatically promoted
(10:51:39 AM)LOL... anyone in the world of politics and Washington knows being "forced out" is the equivalent of being fired. If Bossert refused, he could force the admin to fire him but he would lose his employee benefits.
(03:37:49 AM)it was revealed that damn freak running Nth Room has been following IG accounts 4100+ women, many of who include young female celebs like Yewon and others who immediately blocked the account when that news was revealed
There's another huge difference between infrared thermo body scanning that detects the outer layers of the human body, and medical scanning equipment that scans the core inner parts of the human body. Where does the coronavirus kill? Inside. Duh! Body scanners at the airports? The worst suggestion ever!
As for the D.P.A., that's overkill when private companies are already mobilized without being told. Again, duh! ^_^
You can blame majority of the Congressional Democrats for put everybody in that bidding spot for delaying that $1.5 trillion bill. >.<
Refused to self-quarantine? Where is this lying manufacturing coming from? Oh, it's from bigoted, hypocritical CNN who said that. Makes sense they lie so dang much. ROTFLMAO!!! He was told not to isolate himself because the doctors didn't follow protocol. Bias much yet? Duh, yet again! ^_^
<<< His SNSD bias is, . . . wait for it, . . . "all of them." ^_^ <<< Innocent! ^.^
Of course medical data is needed if we're to kill the coronavirus. Are you kidding me? LMAO!!! ^.^
Again, nope. Bolton requested he be fired, but instead, Tom Bossert "resigned", . . . ^.^ https://www.youtube....h?v=tNyW-2htJvk There's a huge difference between quitting and getting fired. If Tom Bossert was fired, it wouldn't be worded as resigned. ^_^ Tehehehe. Don't be desperate.
Screening without any 100% detecting proof equipment during the early days of the outbreak when "medical data" was much needed? ^_^ Come on.
(11:22:07 AM)And their needs to be a system of pre-emptive pro-active protection measures applied IN ADVANCE "BEFORE" the virus arrives. And airlines, trains, cruises etc. need to have heightened cleaning and de-contamination procedures.
(11:16:42 AM)After this, the US needs to set a up an official pandemic emergency response team with a specific set of guidelines and uniformed communication and containment strategy to be applied to the entire govt. as a whole during a biological crisis.
(10:51:44 AM)There should have been some kind of urgent screening process at all airports other ports of entry for all incoming passengers by air and sea. The HK airport and seaport has been using remote sensing infrared thermo body scanning since 2005 and everyone coming through gets autoscanned upon entry.
(10:41:53 AM)Actually, Tom Bossert was fired by Bolton who asked for his resignation papers unexpectedly after taking over as Nat. Security Advisor due to Bossert's close ties with HR McMasters and John Kelly, both of whom were at odds with Trump on many policies.
(10:35:15 AM)Honestly, I don't think you need a lot of medical data with regards to a highly infectious disease (especially one coming from China + the numerous outbreaks from SARS to Swineflu, Ebola, and MERS) to know there is a perfect storm of a medical emergency brewing.
For the past few weeks, people have been talking about the supply chains around the world, glider003. Things are holding together for the time being. Hard hit areas will see a very slow restocking on their store shelves when compared to less or no hit areas. But supplies are being organized to get essentials to those highly infected areas, however it maybe at supply check points rather than stores to minimize the infection risks.
(05:27:25 AM)Korean police will collaborate with FBI on the Nth Room case, since the Telegram server is outside Korea. Meanwhile, SBS news said they obtained the list of subscribed members and is looking through the names
