Most of these are inside jokes and such so they won't make much sense but here are the Girls' Generation album "Thanks To" sections translated. I'm going through them one by one so

first is

As I'm writing this "Thanks to" section, it's still so fascinating to me

It's not really teacher as in a person who teaches school subjects, but rather, a person who instructs. Since he runs SM and produces a lot of songs (to my limited knowledge), I would assume they do receive a lot of guidance and instruction from him. Also, teacher (or 선생님) is, at times, used as something of an honorary title that people use to call those who are knowledgeable and are in a position that demands respect.

^^ the teacher thing is more of a sign of respect. in korea, they even call hair stylists teacher and stuff, so its not necessarily that Lee Soo Man taught them or anything. It's more of just a respectful title.
