On August 8th, Girls’ Generation performed in the long-awaited concert at “KCON 2015 USA” in New York. The girls kicked off the show with a superb performance of “Catch Me If You Can”, which they followed with short English-language members’ introductions. The group went on to play a fantastic set list that included older classics like “Genie” and “Gee”, as well as newer hits like “PARTY”. Check out the videos below to see one concert-goer’s view of Girls’ Generation’s historic performance.

This was an amazing concert! SNSD brought thr house down and they were the headliner in every sense of the word. The pink in that auditorium was lovely and everywhere you looked you could find a Sone.
This was also my first time seeing them all live and I was blessed to have pit tickets so I could meet Sooyoung’s eyes twice! They are truly the most lovely women, they love the stage and they worked so hard for the fans!
Best experience of my life!
That’s so cool! Thanks for sharing your experience.
The Kcon in NY will be covered in “M!Countdown in NY” which airs on this Saturday at 5pm.
It will probably only show 2 performances at best.
On the bright side, KCON NY had far fewer performers than did KCON LA, so that’s more screen time for SoShi. And I think we can rest happily assured that Girls’ Generation will claim more screen time than either VIXX, Teen Top, or AOA. Will they air the full performance? Maybe not, but I think we’ll get to see plenty enough.
