On September 2nd, Taeyeon, Sunny, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Yoona, and Seohyun traveled to Vietnam and held a fansign event for the grand opening of a Lotte Department Store branch in Hanoi. Girls’ Generation have endorsed Lotte Department Store since 2012. Unfortunately Jessica, Tiffany, and Sooyoung were unable to attend the event. The six members who went to Vietnam returned to South Korea in the early morning of September 3rd.

why couldnt sica tiffany and soo go to the fansign?
I think Soo because of her drama filming and JeTi cause they brought their American passports and didn’t have visas. The others have Korean passports so they can get in for I think it was 15 days without a visa
sad that JeTiSoo couldn’t be there, but at least V-Sones were able to get 6 gorgeous angels’ autographs and talk a little with them. also Sones who were waiting outside in the pouring rain got a glimpse of the ladies when they decided to go outside to wave at them. Soshi jjang!
curious why they don’t do fansigns in the U.S.? (besides that NY one). If they are worried bout crowd control can’t be any different than the ones in Asia?
I was thinking it might be because they are usually not here (North America) for that long.
