On January 1st, following the release of “I Got A Boy”, Girls’ Generation’s “Romantic Fantasy” comeback program aired on MBC. “Romantic Fantasy” featured live performances by Girls’ Generation of songs that ranged from tracks off of the “I Got A Boy” album, to old releases such as “Gee” and “The Boys”, to covers of popular pop songs such as “Call Me Maybe” and “Marry You”.
Girls’ Generation performed a total of sixteen songs: “Dancing Queen”, “Promise”, “낭만길 (Romantic St.)”, “Oh!”, “Gee”, “Run Devil Run”, “The Boys”, “Genie”, “MR. TAXI”, a cover of Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call My Maybe” by Tiffany, a cover of Nina’s “Someday” by Jessica with her sister, f(x)’s Krystal, playing piano, a cover of Yoon Mirae’s “나는” by Hyoyeon and Yuri with Super Junior-M’s Henry, a cover of Bruno Mars’s “Marry You” by Sunny, Sooyoung, and Yoona with EXO’s Chanyeol, Sehun, and Suho, a cover of Taylor Swift’s “Speak Now” by Seohyun, “유리아이 (Lost In Love)”, and “I Got A Boy”.

Everyone but Taengoo got a solo all she got was a duet and don’t get me wrong that duet was awesome. If she did get a solo she would’ve sang Maroon 5’s Sunday Morning (True fact!).

I’m still spazzing right now! Thankfully the streaming stop lagging starting from Jessica’s performance and it was awesome! I personally like Jessica, Yuri and Hyoyeon and Tiffany and Taeyeon stages and of course, the I Got A Boy performance! I still can’t get enough at how Taeyeon moves her body and all the dance moves are superb!

MBC love the girls so much that they gone out of their way just to have this special comeback stage for them. i'll forever grateful to them. i agree that this is the BEST comeback stage ever. this is my 2nd time going to experience SNSD Korean comeback. i was bless to witness all that goes on with SNSD K-comeback back in 2011 with The Boys promotions. i will never forget that feeling and of course chilling and celebrating with Sones late at night on youtube. 1 of the best moment of my life. anyway girls killed it as usual and they're just getting better at what they do. i would so love to see IGAB live with my own 2 eyes. the choreography reminds me of when i use to watch ABDC with dance crews coming up with genius choreograph to impress the judges and fans. love that NAPPYTABS work with SNSD on this and hope to see them working together again. “I got a boy” Is by far the best comeback I have ever experienced. Granted I’ve only experienced The Boys but I am just so ecstatic for “I got a boy” ! I mean seriously! Did you see that stage?!? kid leader was tearing it up! Those girls were having so much fun on that stage! If I didn’t know any better I would not have thought they just did almost that entire mini concert! So looking forward to all the comeback stages to come and of course the endless awards are girls are sure to win at the start of 2013!

Last night streaming was pretty much lagging! So I just watched it by Youtube and “I Got Boy” was a VERY AMAZING STAGE!! I can’t stop saying “omo omo” while watching the video LOL the performance is more better than MV I think, their outfits look wonderful!

I couldn’t wait to get home from work to watch the girls comeback special. Thank god for youtube! I had “I Got A Boy” stuck in my head all day and I barley slept last night because I was so excited to see the girls comeback. Plus, I made sure to download the album on I-Tunes first thing this morning. I loved all the performances…new and old!!! The live version of “I Got A Boy” is fiya…omg, they nailed the performance!!! The new dance moves are so siiiiiiiiiiick!!! The new version of SNSD is so bad @ass and I love it so much. Bring on more girls!!! <3

I couldn’t help but crack a smile as I watched SNSD perform their old and new songs. You could say it was a late Christmas present for us, but so worth the wait. I especially liked how the members did covers of popular songs. As for I Got A Boy, it must have been a long wait for the audience during that hat throw scene. They had to change the background and the girls had to change outfits. I wonder how they’re going to perform that song live. In any case, so happy that the girls are back and I hope to see them on variety shows again. I missed them so much just acting dorky on tv again.
