Behind-the-Scenes Footage of “Twinkle” Music Video Released

SM Entertainment recently unveiled behind-the-scenes footage from Girls’ Generation – TTS’s filming of the “Twinkle” music video. At the beginning of the video, the three girls expressed their nervousness at not promoting as nine members and their determination to do their best. The video then proceeds to show the girls being filmed in different sets, while flashing charismatic smiles and dancing.

Mnet Releases Backstage and Interview Footage Featuring Girls’ Generation – TTS

Behind-the-scenes footage of Girls’ Generation – TTS’s Mnet Countdown performance was recently released. In the video, the girls can be seen backstage having fun. They complain about Seohyun’s pointy elbow and have a short interview with a member of the Mnet staff. In the interview, they discussed “Twinkle”‘s concept as well as the main point to the choreography of the title track.

KBS Shares Behind-the-Scenes Footage of “Love Rain”

 

Two behind-the-scenes videos of KBS’s “Love Rain” have been released. The videos show scenes from the recent episodes of “Love Rain” and focus on the staff’s usual routines during filming. Though in the videos there are a few bloopers made by Yoona and Jang Geunsuk, there is still plenty of footage that depict the duo’s exemplary acting skills.

Behind-the-scenes footage from Taeyeon and Tiffany’s recent photoshoot for the 76th issue of “High Cut” magazine has recently been released. Girls’ Generation Leaves a Message of Support for Korea’s Olympic Archery Team

Girls’ Generation members recently left messages of support for the Korean archery team participating in this summer’s Olympics, to be held in London. All nine members recorded a clip during the group’s recent filming of a CF for Korea Yakult’s “Look”, while Taeyeon, Tiffany and Seohyun recorded another clip during the “I AM” showace.

Jessica, Hyoyeon, and Sooyoung Interviewed by “OnStyle”

“OnStyle” recently conducted a short interview with Jessica, Hyoyeon, and Sooyoung alongside their labelmates, Amber, Luna, Sulli, and Krystal of f(x). In the interview, the girls were asked various fashion questions, including the style of fashion they wear recently and who they thought was the most stylish in f(x). Sooyoung made fun of the high-waist pants which Hyoyeon wore for her audition seven years ago and said that ever since then it has been the trend in Girls’ Generation.

Tiffany Contemplates a Picnic on StarCall

Tiffany recorded a video message and released it through StarCall for her fans. In the video, she expresses her thoughts on having a picnic with the other members some time during spring. Wondering where the picnic should be at, she asks whether the picnic should be at Han river or somewhere like the beach, saying that she wants to eat lots of food and run around. She then proceeds to cheerfully wish fans a nice spring season while telling them to show “Twinkle” lots of love.

Taeyeon Talks About Her OST on StarCall

Taeyeon released a video message through StarCall recently talking about her latest OST, “Missing You Like Crazy”, for MBC’s drama “The King 2 Hearts”. In her message she recalls how fans really enjoyed her live performance of the song and admits that she has been very happy lately because of that. She asks fans to listen to Girls’ Generation – TTS’s songs a lot now that that the mini-album is out and to show her OST plenty of love as well. She ends her message promising that she will continue to deliver good music in return.

Behind-the-Scenes Footage of “Look” CF Released

Korea Yakult recently released behind-the-scenes footage of Girls’ Generation shooting their individual CFs for “Look”. In the video, the girls are clothed in shades of pink, black, and white while showing off their glamorous bodies.  The girls can be seen having fun while still maintaining their professional attitude for the shoot. Girls’ Generation to Endorse “10 Corso Como Seoul”

Girls’ Generation will endorse 10 Corso Como Seoul’s Perfume, “GIRL”. The said perfume will be in stores on June 8th. The perfume was also featured in Girls’ Generation – TTS’s “Twinkle” music video. Tiffany Hints at New Japanese Single

A reporter for JoongAng Daily conducted an interview with Tiffany in the waiting room of KBS 2TV’s Music Bank. During the interview, she hinted at a new Japanese single coming later this summer, saying that the choreography is the most difficult one that she’s ever done. She said that although the dance itself isn’t hard, the beat is still so fast that a lot of energy will be used up.

On Monday May 7, an article in the Malaysian daily newspaper, “The New Straits Times”, highlighted the success of Girls’ Generation – TTS, mentioning their achievements on the Billboard and iTunes US charts. The article also briefly described the album’s concept, as well as encouraging its readers to check out the song on YouTube.

Girls’ Generation’s 2nd Asia Tour Performance Listed as Among the Top Ten Best-Selling Concerts in Singapore

“MyPaper”, a Singaporean daily newspaper, listed Girls’ Generation’s Tour performance as one of the top best-selling concerts held in the country for the year. According to the article, the concert, which was held over two nights, played to two sell-out crowds of 7,000 each.

Yuri and Yoona Come in Tenth and Second in Naver Idol Actor Poll

Yuri and Yoona placed tenth and second, respectively, in a Naver poll concerning acting idols. The poll summarized the negatives and positives of both girls’ acting skills. It lamented that Yoona seemed focused on a “fresh” image instead of pursuing more conventional acting, although it praised her for her analysis and portrayal of her two characters in “Love Rain.”As for Yuri, it observed that she still does not seem used to the camera and her acting gives off a stiff and memorized feeling, but the role she plays in “Fashion King” suits her and she is doing well considering that this drama is her debut in the acting business.

Sooyoung Replies to UFO Messages

Recently, Sooyoung answered several UFO messages from her fans. Her brief but refreashing replies touched on various topics, including her upcoming drama, “The 3rd Hospital”, and Girls’ Generation’s new Japanese single. She also showed off her humorous side, appreciating fans’ jokes and drawings while declaring that she isn’t funny at all when compared to Hyoyeon. On May 8th, the “Chicago Tribune” published on article on K-Pop’s rising popularity in the United States. The article mentioned Girls’ Generation’s performance on “Late Show with David Letterman”, which is a popular TV program in the US. The “Chicago Tribune” is one of the largest newspapers in America, and Girls’ Generation’s appearance shows the group’s skyrocketing popularity.

Jessica Leaves Selcas and a Message on Japan Mobile Fansite

Jessica uploaded a couple of selcas to a Japanese mobile fansite. The first was a nine-frame picture set with slightly different expressions in each frame. As for the second selca, Jessica expressed an adorable pout for her Japanese fans. In a message that came along with the selcas, Jessica explained that the photos were taken during a short break at her photo shoot in South Korea. f(x)’s Amber Takes a Photo with Girls’ Generation – TTS

f(x)’s Amber took a photo with Girls’ Generation – TTS and uploaded it to her me2day account. The picture shows the four girls huddled up closely, posing for the camera with the cute signature hand gesture from the “Twinkle” dance. In her post, Amber wrote, “Girls’ generation-TTS’s song is bomb! Please support and get old school funk!!”

Sooyoung Visited by Her Sister During Drama Filming

Sooyoung’s sister, Soojin, was present at the filming site for Sooyoung’s drama, “The 3rd Hospital”. The two siblings took several pictures together, showcasing their affectionate, sisterly bond. Sooyoung is set to be the second lead for the drama as Euijin, a violist and character outside of the medical field.

Choi Jaehoon Tweets a Picture of Taeyeon and Himself

Choi Jaehoon, a member of the group M4, recently uploaded a photo of Taeyeon and himself to his personal Twitter account. He said in his tweet that he happened to stop by at MBC’s “Sweet Sorrow’s Radio at Noon” while Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun were guests on the show and managed to take the picture with her there. In the picture, Taeyeon is seen posing with a heart-sign gesture while Jaehoon holds the “Twinkle” mini-album box in his hand.

Sooyoung Featured in “Oh Boy!” Magazine

Sooyoung is featured in the 27th issue of “Oh Boy!” magazine, entitled “SNEAKERAMA”. Sooyoung went for a casual look on the magazine cover. She posed with a special guest, who is none other than her sister’s dog, Soo-Ri.

SMTown Facebook Posts New Photos

The Facebook page for SMTown recently released some new photos of Girls’ Generation. The first was from when Sooyoung went to watch Girls’ Generation – TTS’s performance on “Music Bank”. Taeyeon and Sooyoung are seen posing cutely for the camera. The second picture is of Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun while they were backstage at “Inkigayo”. The caption of the humorous shot reads, “What are they longing for???”

Girls’ Generation – TTS Leaves Message on Girls’ Generation Official Website

After Girls’ Generation – TTS’s recent win on Music Bank on May 11th, the girls left a message on Girls’ Generation official website with a selca of the group and Yoona, who made a surprise appearance on “Music Bank” to support Girls’ Generation – TTS. In the picture, all four girls put on adorable surprised expressions with Yoona standing to the side holding their new trophy. Taeyeon left a message on the Girls’ Generation official website after Dream Concert 2012 ended, thanking all the SONEs who came to support Girls’ Generation – TTS’s performance. She expressed her gratefulness towards the fans who have always supported Girls’ Generation and told SONEs to continue to cheer for the members who are working hard in dramas and TV programs right now. On May 7th, Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun appeared on MBC FM4U’s “Sweet Sorrow’s Hope Song at Noon”, where they performed part of a song from a trailer for “Despicable Me 2”. This video combines the members’ radio show appearance with the movie trailer to make a hilarious combination.
